That's is most likely a staph infection. Put heat on it and take a hot bath to let it soak. They/it will pop. But i would recommend you see a doctor so it does not spread into your blood. It is an infection take it seriously.

Anyway, try a cream or liquid hair removal product such as Nair or Neet. I have sensitive skin and use Nair on my legs with much better results than shaving with a razor.
