One of the bulbs is out. Replace it.

Replace the signal flasher relay assuming you have physically seen front and rear, left and right signal bulbs flash.
Depending on exactly what you mean (is it blinking with the turn signals or blinking all the time?) Check all brake light bulbs and bulb sockets making sure the bulbs are good, they are tightly in the sockets and that there is no corrosion.
