Can brown cats have blue eyes?
Brown cats usually come in tabby types. The only kind of cat that can have blue eyes are white cats. If there is a white cat with blue eyes, he/she can be blind, deaf or both. Siamese cats can also have blue eyes. Those are the only two breeds that Vicki and I, the vets, know of with blue eyes.
