DETAILS Answer "The Last Ridge" is excellent, well written, and a very easy read. Just the right amount of technical information, not too dry. Still, the best book on the 10th Mtn. Div. is "Green Cognac," by Wm. L. Putnam. Richard V. Horrell WW 2 Connections.com Answer I like "Mountain Troops and Medics" by Albert H. Meinke Jr., M.D. This was published in 1992 and could be had then by calling Publishers Distribution Service. A good read and good maps at the end of the book. P.S. There is a woman at the Denver Public Library that really knows about the 10th. She is a great source.

I searched for a roster of the 10 Infantry and the 10th Armored Division in the Battle at Ardennes/Alsace. I could find notations about them but no roster. Perhaps you should contact the 10th infantry or 10 Mountain Infantry at their website or consult the Oxford Military History Companion.
