Intake gasket, engine coolant sensor, 4wd acutuator, wiper motor, fuel pump; these are all highly likely to go bad. Some other that are based on how will you take care of it is; transfer case, fuel injectors, brake lines. Most of the GM problems of this era of truck, GM took care of with this year of truck. 96's (Which I, jduckworth, have) have a list about twice this long. Just follow the maintence checks in the manual of the truck based on mileage, and you'll be better off.
