Deer droppings
Not exactly. Elk have droppings that are a little bit larger than the droppings you'd find from deer. They do look similar (as they are both in the form of droppings) but size is the big differential.

Although it is a very small difference, generally the ones from a buck will be more like beans then, well, you know. The difference is hardly noticible though and only the best outdoorsmen can tell.

Many animals leave small round droppings of feces. Rabbits, deer, goats, chinchillas and most types of bugs leave feces fitting this description.

Theoretically yes it can. But I would strongly recommend against it because many deer carry Lyme Disease which can be passed in their manure and can be life threatening to people.
