Within the United States, almost all U.S. universities and colleges award bachelor's degrees with honors. They are usually "cum laude" (with honor/praise), "magna cum laude"(with great honor/praise), the occasionally seen "maxima cum laude" (with maximal honor/praise), and "summa cum laude" (with highest honor/praise) -- degrees without honors are awarded "rite." Requirements for such notations of honors generally include minimum Grade Point Averages (GPA), with the highest average required for the "summa" distinction.
While some schools designate student honors at the graduate level, they are few and far between. This is because the required standard is typically higher than that of undergraduate programs. My masters program required a letter grade of B to pass a course. Anything less was a failure. My GPA at time of graduation was 3.96 on a 4.0 scale and there was no honors assigned. However, for the few graduate schools that do offer honors, they are typically the same as undergraduate honors ( cum laude, magna cum laude, and summa cum laude).
As f your degree is of 10+2+3 pattern then it is considered only as graduation any courses with 10+2+3+2 pattern will be considered as post graduation for your information B.Sc honors or nay other honors degree are not equivalent t to pg degree
The correct placement is after "master." The only time that you would use it after the 's' is if there were many masters (plural). An example would be "Bob achieved his Master's Degree with honors."
