Spaghetti Bolognese is possibly one of the quickest and simplest meals to cook with ready-made pasta:
Brown some mince in a pan, add tomato sauce/puree and chopped onions/mushrooms/herbs (and anything else you fancy). Add garlic according to personal taste. Simmer and stir.
Meanwhile, boil some pasta (preferably spaghetti). Some prefer the spaghetti to have a little 'bite' ('al dente'), but spaghetti is usually boiled until it is able to stick to a vertical surface. It's all down to personal preference.
Drain the spaghetti and scoop onto plates, add the meat sauce, grate some cheese (preferably parmesan) onto it, and serve with some (garlic) bread. A healthy, tasty meal that takes minutes to prepare!
