Peanut Butter Apple Sandwich:
2 slices whole wheat bread
1 tablespoon peanut butter, or to taste
1 small apple - peeled, cored and shredded
Spread a thin layer of peanut butter onto one side of each slice of bread. Place shredded apple onto the peanut butter, and place the other peanut buttered side of bread on top. Serve immediately.
Ham Sandwich Classic:
2 slices of wholemeal bread
Spreadable margerine eg. flora
3 - 4 slices of ham (any)
1. Spread a thin layer of margerine onto each slice of bread
2. Place the slices of ham onto one side
3. Put together
4. Cut into small triangles or squares. Or even just halves!
5. Keep fairly chilled and serve within a day
