I'm no literature genius- but kind of like how a generalization is probably some sort of stereotype, I think a valid generalization is something everyone knows or thinks about something, but that is entirely true. This might not be the best example, but maybe how everyone knows how lions are aggressive, even though some are tame. Or how all toddlers go through the "Terrible Two's," even though some toddlers are as nice as can be. Like I said... not the best examples, but I hope the explanation helps! Good luck. -By Anonymous Quo

Hasty generalization is a logical fallacy of faulty generalization by reaching an inductive generalization based on insufficient evidence.
Everyone believes in Santa Claus.
All mothers love their children.
All men are sports fans.
Everybody on earth loves ice cream.
identify the topic, gather examples ,examine them for simlarities, make your generalization
sweeping generalization
Inductive ( for apext english 1 understand baias and resoning test....might work for other english on apex to )
No. A generalization cannot be proved correct. Even this generalization about a generalization could be incorrect. Anywho, and generalization could never be proven correct.
what is a generalization in reading
A generalization that is made after seeing only one or two examples
Hasty generalization is a logical fallacy of faulty generalization by reaching an inductive generalization based on insufficient evidence.
Making a hasty generalization - Apex , just did the quiz !!
Hasty generalizations are often typified by exaggeration and poor preparation. Thus, one example of a hasty generalization may be "everyone knows what generalizations are." While a hasty generalization may sound accurate at first, a cursory fact check can quickly disprove it.
An informal fallacy of faulty generalization by reaching an inductive generalization based on insufficient evidence
A faulty generalization is a statement that's not true while a valid generalization is a true statement.
Hasty generalization
My classmate's house is big, so his family must be rich :) (Hasty generalization is a claim that, as it may seem fact at first, can be quickly and easily disproved) Apex :)
Dicto Simpliciter, Hasty Generalization
Hasty generalization
No. Of coase not.
Some examples of fallacies of inductive reasoning include hasty generalization (drawing conclusions based on insufficient evidence), biased sample (making assumptions based on a sample that is not representative of the population), and cherry-picking (selectively choosing data that supports a particular conclusion while ignoring contradictory evidence).
