What are gas mileage ratings for a 1993 S-10 4X4 Chevy Blazer with a 4.3 engine and automatic transmission?

im getting 16 mpg highway with 180000 turns on the old girl however the vehicle is rated at 21 mpg highway from the factory, their are many factors that can affect mpg. Im thinkin about installing a free flowing air filter to try to improve it, i have already done a complete tune up including plugs, wires, cap, rotor, and fuel filter. next will be an alignment and possible a few after market modifications.
