Kids must not get those muscles. They will get precocious puberty and the final height will be diminished. Children are supposed to play the way they like, with out the burden of competition and winning the games.

Kids should spend plenty of time outdoors in the sun (or snow) playing chase, playing Army, hide and go seek, crawling around on the play equipment at a park, walking to some destination, swimming at the local pool . . . AND NO COMPUTERS!!!!!

Kids love active games. Usually if you give kids a few balls and some room to move around in they'll end up playing some active game. It's great exercise that they actually enjoy doing.
