Kids must not get those muscles. They will get precocious puberty and the final height will be diminished. Children are supposed to play the way they like, with out the burden of competition and winning the games.
Kids should spend plenty of time outdoors in the sun (or snow) playing chase, playing Army, hide and go seek, crawling around on the play equipment at a park, walking to some destination, swimming at the local pool . . . AND NO COMPUTERS!!!!!
