You can hang a Justin Bieber poster in his room! Or if you don't have a poster, you can get a pic off Google and hang it in his room! But if your brother is anything like mine..... don't expect the poster back unharmed!
If you want to take it to another level - put up multiple posters - or paper the whole room with them - walls, floor, ceiling, bed, desk, windows, etc.. I recommend using special tape that has the same adhesive that is used on Post-it notes so as not to leave a lot of residue or damage surfaces.

wow, really heres one i did to my little brother, so i tatooed his face with pink hearts and painted his nails pink and purple then i did his make up. I think you can figure out the rest but when mi brother woke up he freaked!! :)
