The best protein rich foods include eggs, legumes, whole grains, fish, low fat cheeses, lean meats and tofu. Along with the protein, plenty of low carb vegetables and fruits for necessary fiber, healthy (monounsaturated) fats, and plenty of water should be consumed on a high protein diet.
