Migraines are complicated and finding the definitive cause can be exhausting and sometimes never found. Some people get migraines from: light smoke to little/to much sleep STRESS withdrawl: drugs, alcohol, smoke, chocolate etc weather changes circulation oxygen supply dehydration certain foods pet,food, environmental Allergies The list goes on and on Making a journal of when your migraine started what you did, ate etc that day can help pinpoint the cause. But leaves the actual culprit range wide open to many activities persued that day. Good luck
