Do you mean neutron stars?
Any atom you can think of has the same number of electrons as protons in the nucleus. Some stars have collapsed under their own gravity so that the electrons have been squeezed into the nucleus. When they do that, they combine with the equal number of protons to form neutrons in every case. So instead of atoms with neutrons, protons and electrons, you are left with just neutrons, and neutrons are much much smaller than atoms. The densities and gravitational fields in the vicinity are enormous.
The neutron is called the neutron because it it electrically neutral, hence the neu- prefix
A neutron does not have a charge -- its neutral

Mass no-the no of proton=no of neutron
A neutron has a zero electric charge and has a mass slightly greater than that of a proton. A proton and an electron can be fused to create a neutron, and a neutron decays into a proton and an electron (and a bit of something else). More details about the neutron can be had by using the link to the Wikipedia article on this "building block" of the atom.
"Stare" can be both a verb and a noun. As a verb, it refers to looking fixedly at something with one's eyes wide open, while as a noun, it refers to a prolonged gaze.
It is rude to stare at people.I stare at him for a moment, wondering if he was joking. He has a cold, icy stare.
They Stare at you.
Jason Stare goes by J Stare.
Yes they do stare. they mostly stare at their food or at other penguins
The neutron.
It depends on your personality. It may be better to stare back.

Stare is present tense. The past tense is stared, and the future tense is will stare.
No. A neutron carries no charge.
There is no such thing as a "positive neutron" or a "negative neutron". A neutron is always neutral.
they stare because the hills have eyes.
