Phase IIB is specifically designed to study efficacy (how well the drug works at the prescribed dose(s)). Drug efficacy was usually studied in Phase III trials but the pressure to cut costs during the clinical trials process has increased the use of Phase IIB trials that can already give clues as to how effective the drug will be at treating a certain condition.

The stages of a cell's life cycle are also known as cell cycle stages. They are gap phase 1 (G1), synthesis (S), gap phase 2 (G2), mitosis (M), and cytokinesis . G1, S, and G2 are collectively known as interphase. Mitoses is further broken down into prophase, metaphase, anaphase, and telophase. Sometimes a cell will enter a G0 sometime after G1. This is a stage where cell growth stops. However, it is possible for the cell to reenter G1 and finished the process of division.

Since Hepatitis B reactive is an acute reaction, it can be treated. Hepatitis B reactive can be treated with antibiotics and other clinical trials that are being tested.
Benutrex is a supplement which contains B-vitamins as well as vitamin C. It is still under clinical trials for use in the United States but is already in use in other countries.
Phase 2 is when borrowers with PMI will be able to refinance. I talked to B of A yesterday, they said I will not qualify until phase 2 which will begin in late June because of my PMI. I've googled 'making home affordable phase 2' extensively, it looks like they've been pushing back the phase 2 start date since March. So I will contact B of A in early July and see if phase 2 has begun.
I assume that you are referring to phase A and phase B? So what happened to phase C, in that case? The answer is that the magnitudes are the same, but phase B (and phase C) are displaced by 120o. The normal phase sequence (the order in which each voltage would reach its peak value) would be A-B-C.
Lets call the two components Phase A and Phase B. Phase equilibria of a two component system occurs when the rate of change of Phase A to Phase B is equal to the rate of change of Phase B to Phase A - meaning that the total change is zero, hence equilibrium is achieved.

you can't do this. to get single phase from 3 phase you must disconnect 2 of the phases and use one of them as a neutral...b.
Question is incorrect. in a 240 Volt single phase circuit, how can you have A phase and B phase?
b. Follow-on phase c. Initial phase
It is very simple. Just interchange any two phase wires. i.e. Y and B ( or ) R and B ( or ) R and Y for example Stop the supply. keep R phase wire as it is and disconnect B phase wire and Y phase wire. Connect B phase wire to the Y phase motor stud and Y phase wire to the B phase motor stud. Now give the supply, now motor revolves in opposite direction to the earlier.
