There really aren't any that could be considered rare.
The things to look out for though are:
1964 and prior quarters, dimes and half dollars, these are 90% silver
1965-1970 half dollars, these are 40% silver.
Other than that, there really aren't much that are rare, unless you want to count minor die varieties.

If you mean a penny from 1960 the answer would be one penny. These coins are not rare and can easily be found be searching through pocket change. If you mean pennies from the 1960s the answer would still be the same. Again these can easily be found in pocket change.

Please specify in a different question what your coin is, the date it was made, and the condition it is in.

For Morgan dollars, Carson-City mintmarked coins are common, but some dates are considered scarce and some are rare in the higher grades. But no, not all CC Morgens are rare.
