they are worms found in the nails, they can cause nail damage if not treated. or It's a skin disease caused by bacteria. First, the skin itches (maybe because of dirt on the skin) then when you scratch it, your skin colour is red and slowly that particular place soon form small water bag ring like circle. The solution is, wash body thoroughly with soap.
