If you want to insert yoghurt vaginally then you need a plain pro-biotic yoghurt - it will tell you on the pot if it has live cultures, and obviously don't get one with fruit or chocolate pieces! Freeze the yoghurt in ice-cube trays for easy insertion, it can be uncomfortable to insert (like brain freeze, but in your vagina) but it's one of the easiest ways to insert the yoghurt - use a pad to deal with mess.
