Medical bc cost money and interferes with your hormones and all women react different to the different types of bc. Some get depressed etc.

But on the other hand, the natural family planning doesn't really work except for some older couples who have their ovulation days on a chart. An orgasm can make you ovulate again and only 12% of women ovulate on the same day every month.
