A: this is my answer and I hope it helps you I'm a middle school boy. The way I have acted to my biggest crush in middle school is I started talking with them but when we are alone I can barely think of anything to say. I have become her friend and unless our other friend is there I am tongue tied. I don't know about the previous answer. Basically if they go up and talk to you but you 2 can't find anything to say it either means you 2 just don't have much in common or he likes you but is just to shy to admit it. If they are not shy they would usually just come up talk to you and ask you out.

β 14y agolet me answer this with a male high school student point of view, if we ask what is your number, sit with you during lunch, wants to know your schedule, making conversations with you (as long as possible), and if they ask you this one...question.."are you going to the dance?". And if they don't show these signs, don't worry you got 4 years of high school.

β 13y agoThis is coming from an 8th grade guy. I like this girl now and this is what I do. I'm kinda shy so I'm not very direct. I try to make her laugh a lot. Also, I am one of her good friends. If a guy tries to become better friends with you or tries to become noticed by the girl. If they always seem to be around the girl it means that they are there for you.

β 13y agowell depends on the guy,if he is one of those really shy type guys then its a tuffy and you're going to have to break the ice.okay if a shy guys likes you he will stare at you alot.lets say when you're looking around the room,or if you're late to class etc you catch him starring at you alot.a shy guy will be so nervous when he talks to you he will stutter.his face will turn red,when you pick up a conversation with him.he will act like if he doesn't care/not interested but in reality he is.if you're those girls who have boy as friends,then your crush will get jealous when you're hanging around with guys.a shy guy will hardly ever talk to the girl he likes.NEVER ask a guy if he likes you randomly,because he will think you're not intrested..and he'll think you're asking out of curiosity.i know this because a guy that i liked would stare alot.he was super shy.and his friends told me that he liked me,until i asked him (texted)...if he liked me his answer was " ONLY as a friend" so yeah go for it girl!

Being in middle school, I know that some of the boys are very insecure. They often feel that the females are taking over, which the kind of are because sometimes most of the teachers are female like in our school. I happen to know many boys that would never do that, but the reason I understand this that well is that the foolish, insecure boys have told my nicer friends about why they do such things.
