The 'best' breed typically depends on a person's lifestyle, and there are pros and cons to every breed. But as a happy Labradoodle owner I can tell you what they are for Labradoodles. Yes, not all dogs are the same and the Labradoodle breed is not yet standardized much, especially in the US, so there may be dog to dog differences.
Pros:
High trainability
Sociable
Typically non aggressive
CURLY variety has non allergenic HAIR (people may still be allergic to dandruff and the wavy variety is semi non allergenic, and the curly variety is being bred out)
Playful nature
Cons:
Coat takes a lot of work in many dogs
Not standardized and dogs can vary in personality and appearance more than other breeds (more standardized in Australia though)
May be overly playful/excited depending on the dog
The Labradoodle is an amazingly smart mix of dog that results from the breeding of a Labrador retriever and a Poodle.
A Lab and poodle were first crossbred in Australia back in the 1970s for a specific purpose. A blind woman who was allergic to dogs needed a good seeing-eye dog that would not exacerbate her allergy. Since Labs are excellent seeing-eye dogs and poodles are known to shed very little, a supposed allergy-free guide dog was created.
One of the most prominent characteristics of Labradoodles is their non-shedding coat. The breed is suited for people who suffer from allergy. No wonder, many people who have not had an opportunity to keep a dog due to an allergy will want to fulfill their dream.
In addition to being non-allergenic and non-shedding, Labradoodles are known for their characteristically wavy fleece coats, their intelligence, their upbeat nature and their incredibly friendly temperaments. As such, it is no surprise that these dogs are fast becoming among the most beloved breeds available.
This breed craves human company and excels as a companion for those with disabilities, visual impairments, young children and the elderly. They are very trainable and get along well with other dogs. They will attempt to outfox their owners if they are not disciplined. The Labradoodle is incredibly loyal to their family and makes an excellent watchdog.
Their single layer coat keeps them cool in the heat and warm in the cold. They adapt well to different situations. They are content to run along with you or join you for a relaxing reading session.
Labradoodles tend to love water as evidenced by the natural swimming traits that their parent breeds share. They make a very good companion dog and can do quite well as a service animal with proper training.
Being an active dog they need plenty of regular exercise, owners with large yards and active lifestyles are a good fit. The Labradoodle can make a great family pet they have a sweet happy disposition, are great with children and responds easily to training.

There are no proven Hypoallergenic dogs... People try to pass Poodles and Labradoodles, or other furry K9's as Hypoallergenic and they are not... Their Dander is actually proven worse then most other dogs...
Labradoodles don't tend to have enemies. They are friendly, nice and good family pets. They LOVE kids! If you have two pets in the house (and one of them is a labradoodle) thats a good choice. They love play mates- but they do like some extra attention. (They won't say anything, but they do like a little belly rub here and there.') WB
Labradoodles are cross bred from Labrador Retrievers and Poodles.
There are no specific states that United States of America that breed labradoodles. Anyone with two labradoodles can breed the dog and then sell them.
Yes, all dogs will eat vegetables or some sort of plant material. This is because they are all omnivores. Omnivores eat both meat and plants! So in conclusion, Labradoodles will eat vegetables.
They are medium-sized with curly fur and floppy ears. Very cute in the face!
