iIf you have an open and honest relationship, then just ask.
You seem like you're living in fear of him saying 'stop snooping' or 'quit going on about it'
Which means you might do allot of that stuff -or he's not a very pleasant individual for you-. You MUST have honesty in a relationship, you can ask ANYTHING you want and you must also be aware of your jealousies and inner thought demons. You can ask, but you must be prepared for THE TRUTH. If he is cheating, then you have to deal with that together. If he is an lies, then no amount of asking will get him to be honest. If he isn't and he tells you he isn't, HOW WILL YOU KNOW? Honesty.
Also look at his routine, has it changed for no good reason?
Arrange dates for nights you rarely spend together or do something sparatic and then say 'no phones' ten you can see if that weekend can be just you two... OF DID HE HAVE LADY PLANS?
