There is Gakuen Alice, Shugo Chara, and this one is romantic and funny and a tiny bit of action like, Chocomimi.There is also ranma 1/2 which is by the same mangaka; Rumiko Takahashi. there is also bleach and naruto which is pretty much covers the comedy and action.

Is there any great Anime like Ouran High School Host Club?
*****TOP 5***** Kaichou Wa Maid Sama - This is very similar to Special A, if you've watched the first episode. A rich, smart, handsome guy falls in love with a dense, confident girl who works part time at a Cafe due to her family circumstances. Her father vanished, leaving the family with a huge debt. Yumeiro Patissiere - This is mostly similar to La Corda d'oro which is a reverse harem anime. It involves cooking, as the main protagonist Ichigo and the Sweet Princes, who are 3 pros at different kinds of sweets become friends and gradually develop feelings for the same girl. Kobato. - This series was completed recently, and I think it's just too beautiful. It is about a girl who died and is given a chance to live for a year. During that year, she has to help and solve other people's problems. If she manages to collect enough "candy" which is the award for helping someone, her wish will be granted again. This series has some romance in it, but I won't mention any spoilers. Hanasakeru Seishounen - This series was also completed not too long ago. It is also similar to Ouran and La Corda d'oro. It's about a girl who has to pick a husband out of 3 handsome, professional guys in business. She meets each one randomly that her father has picked for her. Throughout the series, she experiences different issues with each guy. La Corda d'Oro - This is one of my all-time favorites. Its about a girl who knows NOTHING about music, and is chosen to become a violinist once she sees a musical fairy. No one else can see the fairy except her, thus she is the chosen one. Becoming friends with many other music students, she performs with her heart and not skill. Even if she doesn't know how to play the violin realistically, the violin will automatically play depending on how her heart feels when she plays it. There is a hint of romance in this series, which makes it much more interesting. I'm guessing you've heard of Death Note, Bleach, Naruto, and One Piece. If not, I recommend you give them a try, and if you don't like it, that's fine.Some I like are:Watashi ni xx Shinasai!A romance manga, highly recommended, the art is great and the story is nice. Although you mentioned no romance, I feel this manga is good as it has plenty of humor and moments that will make you go, "Awwwh. :3"Toradora!It has bits of romance here and there, but in my opinion is mostly comedy. The artist is very good at portraying the facial expressions of both Taiga and Ryuugi, and I think you will enjoy this manga.Shugo Chara!It starts off a bit like a cliche, with a "prince" at the local school and everyone fawning over him. However Shugo Chara is a manga that ventures far from the cliche and presents an interesting plotline. There are also multiple seasons of this.Erm, I can't think of more at the moment, so this is all for now. ;D
