He created the Napoleonic Code.
The Napoleonic Code.
To limit the power of the nobles
That is a tough question. The Napoleonic code created a law code still in use. However, I will go with the invasion of Spain. Napoleon's invasion of Spain gave the impetus for the Latin American nations to declare their freedom. It also made the king of Portugal realize he had to choose between Portugal and Brazil. Many countries in the world that use the Napoleonic Code are now going over to English Law in civil matters, so the Napoleonic code is losing part of its value. Brazil is even starting to use some features of English Law in criminal matters. If this trend continues, then the long term results of the revolutions that came about as a result of Napoleon's invasion of Spain will outlive his Code.
The Napoleonic Code established a single written and accessible law which replaced previous patchwork of feudal laws and created a modern code. It ignored previous French legal frameworks and used the Corpus Juris Civilis, also known as Justinian Code, as its inspiration. However, the Napoleonic code was different. The Justinian Code was a collection of edited extracts from centuries of Roman laws. The Napoleonic code was a complete rewriting of the law which was put together in a more systematic and rational way. It also incorporated some previous French rules.
in my opinion, the napoleonic code was both fair and unfair. For the most part i think its fair. I also say that is unfair because, for example, fathers were allowed to imprison their children for anytime up to a month. Who would really want the child to be put in prison? its like saying, i will get sent to jail if i accidentally spilled water on a table and my father got pissed off. Some things in the napoleonic code are fair and some are just ridicuolusly stupid.
Most of present day French law and some of American law are based on the Napoleonic Code.

Napoleonic Code was where Napoleon established all of his laws . It mainly abolished the three estates from the Old Regime, granted equal rights before the law to people of all classes. Unfortunately women could not hold property and Napoleon could overrule any law.
There are many factors that influenced the formation of a code of ethics within real estate. The main factor was to bring some sanity and have a reference point when conducting business of buying, selling or leasing property.
Perhaps there was an incident in their life that influenced their opinion of that number. Maybe whole countries were affected by this.
