Coming totally from an Islamic perspective there is no Islamic country currently in the world. Most countries in the world are governed by man made secular laws such as democracy, socialism etc including Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Morocco list goes on. Islam is based on the Shari'a (devine law) which is not available in any country in the world since the dstruction of the last Ottoman Caliph.
InequalitiesSo what is percieved to be a Muslim country however isn't, so whatever inequalities are apparent are not Islamic. Currently this question cannot be answered as there is no Islamic Country in the world.
