Gustav Husak was Czech leader at the time of the fall of Communism.
Jozef Gabcik was one of the two-man hit squad that assassinated Reinhard Heydrich in 1942. This was almost certainly the most important assassination of World War Two.
Jozef Tiso was leader of the pro-Nazi puppet regime in Slovakia. He was hanged after the Second World War.
