7. go into a shopping center, sit in a trolley, ride down the aisles yelling "the British are coming the British are coming!"

Find people to talk to; get it out of your system. There is nothing more relieving than to talk to some friends, or even online friends, and then get out and have FUN! I've ended two relationships, and both times it was really hard to get up and move on afterwords. But the key, I found, to not feel lonely is to talk to your friends about it to get it off your chest and to get out and DO things! Get off your but and just DO things; it doesn't matter what, but the worst thing you can do is sit around and think about it. Keep yourself busy enough that you don't have to think about it unless you are talking about it with friends, on your terms.
