A Rough Collie can live in Colorado and is generally well-suited for cold weather due to its thick double coat, which provides insulation against the cold. However, while they can handle winter temperatures, it is not advisable for them to live outside year-round without proper shelter, food, and water. Adequate protection from harsh weather conditions, such as a warm, insulated doghouse, is essential.
