Yup; that's what we get from our grown children when they discovered that their parents continued to have sex even after the children were born! And we KEPT doing it, too, and if you young whippersnappers ever reach my age, you'll want to do it to!
The fact is that sex is a perfect exercise. It's gentle, feels good, and releases a flood of beneficial hormones. And he releases many of them into her! It keeps us young, or at least, youngER, and acts as a pain reliever par excellance.
And in this enlightened age, we geezers are continuing to engage in sex fairly frequently. And it's good for us.
