Rain should not contain anything except water molecules and particles. Rainwater can only contain bacteria AFTER it comes in contact with something that has bacteria. Bacteria is normally found on the ground, such as on leaf litter. It would also be in animal feces. Or in a dead animal carcass. So if rain comes in contact with those things, then it can be contaminated. One of the biggest contaminants from feces is the bacteria E Coli.
