One of the problem is that three main ethnicall groups ( Serbs, Croats and Muslims) don't want to live together. USA wants to keep Bosnia together just to show world how they are doing good job. In reality, the USA has done nothing good. It's similar situation like in Afghanistan, country is run by USA poltroon.
