questions that need to be asked are;, when was your last period?. have you had a hysterectomy?--if yes, when and why. when was your last mammogram?, and what were the results?. have you ever had a bone density test?. have you ever had a history of cancer--or a family member has? do you smoke? how many cigarettes a day. do you have arthritus, ever been anemic. or loss of bladder control?-especially if yiu had children. are you susceptibale to urinary tract infectiond? when was your last period, and last pap smear? do you have hot flashes, night sweats, headaches, or trouble sleeping?. do you take any kind of medicine?., what for and the dosage. do you or have you ever been diagnosed with heart problems-or paplitations? these are just a few questions that should be asked for a health needs assessment for women ages 45-55.
