There is a plethora of books on religion. That is a pretty general subject. There are books on individual religions, and within that category there are books on the tenets, or doctrines of that particular religion. There are books comparing different religions to one another, etc. The list is practically endless. You have to decide what is it about religion you want to know. One of the most useful apologies (defenses) of Christianity that I can recommend is "Mere Christianity" by C. S. Lewis, a professor of Literature at Oxford and Cambridge and the author of the children's fiction series "The Chronicles of Narnia". He was such a prolific writer that his books are available at all bookstores, online and in most libraries.
The most popular book was the bible or any other religious book!
Buddhists may read The Bible and other religious and philosophical books in order to understand other religions. It is however no different than reading any other book of philosophy. They do not see it as "the truth" or an authority on life skills.
The Bible is not just one book, but a whole collection of books compiled into one volume, hence the idea of a 'library'. There are 39 books in the Old Testament, and 27 books in the New Testament. Some books are incredibly long (eg the Book of Isaiah has 66 chapters) whilst other 'books' are very short (eg one of the letters of John is just a few lines).
I have never heard anyone call it that, but I suppose you could, since it's a collection of 66 books by 40+ writers written over many centuries. And yet all the books fit perfectly together, complementing each other, thus making the bible a book as well as a mini-library of sixty six books.
because there are books in the library that helps you learn stuff like math books and science books and lots other books.
In the 'christian' bible Cain and Abel. In other religious books they probably differ. The non religious would argue there was no first man and woman.
It's actually not one book but a collection of many books - some books of poetry, fiction, history, songs, prophesy, teaching and many other genres. So, if you ask 'what kind of book is the Bible', it is more a library than a book.
66 books
There are many thousands of famous books and it would be impossible to produce a complete list. Perhaps the most famous are religious books such as the Qur'an and the bible. Other than such books there are encyclopaedias and dictionaries and of course many, many thousands of novels.
the Jehovah witness have other books beside the bible but they all are based on the bible and interesting is that they all say look for it in a certain bible text. FURTHER While, for religious enlightenment Jehovah's witnesses study a number of books published by the Watchtower Society, only the bible is considered divinely inspired. Their bible study aids are merely tools to help them understand holy scripture more clearly.
the different library resources where we can get information are from books and many other things in the library
Psalms is a book of the Bible in its own right. The book is also quoted throughout other books of the Bible.
