yes they do and they have been on the marketplace for quite a while many of them where from new movies and old movies including batman 1989 batman returns and batman begins and the dark knight there are also some 1/6 scale toys accosiated with this there is a dx batman that is very hard to find and there are some vehicles including a bat-pod and a bat mobile and they look amazing.

I don't think that Batman in general is getting too "adult" for children. You're probably think Christopher Nolan's Batman movies, which are much darker that things like the multiple cartoon series and other movies. Some of the comics can be bloody and stuff like that, but other than Nolan's Batman trilogy, Batman isn't really too "adult" for little kids.
