Actually, there are not that many more. It is just that male to female transsexualism is more politicized and that female to male transsexuals tend to blend in with men better. If you have any facial hair at all, people assume you are a man, and transsexual men can easily grow facial hair after hormone treatments.
Also, in addition to transsexual women, there are many men who pretend to be women but who do not have transsexualism. Those men who wear dresses are assumed to be transsexuals when they are in the separate bracket called transgender instead. Transsexuals are actually not a part of the transgender community, despite whatever Propaganda that exists saying they are. Transsexuals are not really the ones pushing to be known as transgendered. That is forced onto most against their wills. Anyway, transsexual men do not have as big a problem of pretenders taking over their community since women are not as sexually motivated to cross-dress. So the pretenders artificially inflate the MtF TS community.
That is called being a "she-male". Most she-males are actually transsexuals, not transgenders (there is a major difference)
The shrink ray used to make horses small enough to fit into the engine (going from life sized to 1/10 the size) was far more expensive than modern cars. Some people also thought it cruel to shrink horses despite the fact that it was easier to feed them. It was also far easier to clean up after them when they were smaller.
A transsexual is a person who has the inner nature of one sex, but the body of the other. It is an uncomfortable state of being, and since the gender identity, being, or essence of a person cannot be changed, the person feels compelled to change the body.In sexology, there is the feminine essence concept of transsexuality. That refers to the notion that transsexuals are either women trapped in male bodies or men trapped in female bodies. Karl Heinrich Ulrichs proposed in the 1800's that it is possible for a person to have a female soul trapped in a male body. The discredited sexologist, J. Michael Bailey, rejects this notion.
Being gay means that you are romantically or sexually attracted primarily to people of the same sex as you. If you are attracted only or primarily to transsexuals, you may or may not be gay--but being attracted to transsexuals is a specific interest you have.--You are gay if you believe you are. The rest is all fluff. Read the question "How do you know if you are gay?" in the Related Questions below.

Toad is not a gender, it is a species. Genders are male and female (with various combinations or transformations between male and female also being possible).
Yes. But he has to WANT to, and he has to go to therapy. She should go with him.

Yes, they are very rare but they are called hermaphrodites.
what are the reasons for being a stock broker.
No. Only a male can impregnate a female. No female mammal of any species can get another female pregnant. For mammals that have a "heat" cycle, being in "heat" is required for pregnancy by a male. If such a mammal (a dog for instance) is not in heat or doesn't have a male partner, pregnancy is not possible.
Gender identity and sexual orientation are two completely different things. A person can be transsexual and be heterosexual, homosexual, or bi. One has no bearing on the other. Transsexuals don't feel in line with the gender they were assigned at birth, and quite often, realize this in childhood. Their being transsexual doesn't dictate their sexual preference.
