Roman Catholic AnswerThere is no difference, they are the same thing. From A Catholic Dictionary, edited by Donald Attwater, Second Edition, Revised:

The Church of Christ. The visible religious society, distinct from the Synagogue, instituted directly by Christ, under one head, St. Peter and his successors, the popes, for the purpose of preserving and propagating His teaching, and of safeguarding and using the same means of salvation (sacrifice and sacraments). It has certain marks by which it may be know (one, holy, catholic, and apostolic). It enjoys the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, and Christ has promised to be with it "all days, even to the consummation of the world" (Matt. xxviii, 20), so that it is indefectible. He has commanded all men to join the Church, which is the one ark of salvation for all.

What are the similarities between Roman Catholicism and Anabaptist?

Roman Catholic AnswerThere are very few similarities between Roman Catholicism and Anabaptist. The Anabaptists were a heresy in the sixteenth century that denied many parts of Christianity, notably Sacred Tradition, infant baptism, the Magesterium, etc. About the only things you could say that they have in common is that they both claim to believe in Jesus Christ. But that would be problematic as their view of Jesus Christ is so far different from Our Blessed Lord as to be another God entirely.
