How long does it take for some people to become Autistic if they quit talking and why?
A person cannot become Autistic, people are born Autistic. Not talking is not necessarily a sign of Autism either, many autistic people are non-verbal but not all and there are other reasons for people not talking.

Autistic people can have any career they want, we're as capable as neurotypical people.In some places Autistic people may not be able to serve I military or police force, although do bare in mind many Autistic people are not diagnosed so may join without knowing or without disclosing they're Autistic.

However autistic people are up to six times more likely to suffer digestive problems so some autistic people may have specififc dietary requirements and changes to diet can ease some autism symptoms. Some autistic people also have sensory issues which makes some food uncomfortable to deal with, for example some autistic people may be especially sensitive to the sound and feeling of crunchy foods.

Autistic people tend to have lower levels of melatonin which is the chemical responsible for telling the body when to sleep, Autistic people can often get caught-up in what they're doing so lose track of time, Executive Dysfunction can make it hard to keep a bedtime routine, and Autism people often have problems 'turning off' their brain in order to sleep. Some autistic people have no problems, but most Autistic people will experience sleeping problems at least once during their lives.

When were autistic people considered people by people in society?
I think we were always considered people but many people did (and a considerable amount still do) see us as lesser beings because we were different to them or lacked social skills. I think even in an autistic society some will treat typical people as lesser because I know some autistic people (mainly on autistic networks) who can't stand typical people because of cultural differences(although our cultural differences are considered strange because we look like everyone from the culture we were born into)
