The logo on my pencil cup is a registered trademark, as are the logos on the glue stick, highlighter, and several pencils inside it. The name of this date stamp is also registered. My desk calendar is in the public domain, because it's a work of the U.S. Government. The diversity handout I got several months ago is in the public domain, but includes two trademarked logos. My thermos has US patent number 5,153,977.
