There are far more than 2 ways of copying data in Excel. Once you have data selected you can do any of the following to copy it:

Press Ctrl - C.

Press Alt - E - C.

Right click on the mouse and choose Copy from the shortcut menu.

Click on the Copy icon.

Use the Fill handle.

Put the mouse over the edge of a selected cell, press and hold the Ctrl key and when you see a small plus sign then drag and drop.

Use Ctrl - D to copy a value in one cell down a range of selected cells.

Use Ctrl - R to copy a value in one cell across a range of selected cells.

Select a range of cells, type something into one cell and press Ctrl-Enterto copy it into all of the others.
