Taste. Taste functions by the taste buds on your tongue.

Sight. Sight will function when your eyes open and they take in whats around you. Then it is sent to your brain, therefore you are able to see.

Smell. Smell functions when you circulate the air through your nose where it is detected of how air smells and then is circulated to your lungs.

Touch. Touch functions when the senses in your fingers either detect pain, a rough surface or smooth surface.

Hear. Hear functions when your eardrum detects a sound wave.

Although it is debatable some people say that you have a sixth sense. It is said to be when you can feel someone/something watching you or behind you.
