Basically Noise pollution is the disturbing or excessive noise that may harm the activity or balance of human or animal life in anyway. Speakers are not the actual issue its the sound that is passed to them electronically that causes the pollution. The bigger the speaker the more wattage it will pump out causing hearing issues to those near by and even vibration damage.

noise pollution might be a considration which creates external cost to people living near the site of construction site of the airlpanes. this might cause the residents to built noise proff windows , etc.... ( at there own cost) HSJ
The advantages of living near an aluminium site is that it will create jobs for the local people, however electrolysis of aluminium can cause pollution in the air and in local water supplies. There will also be alot of noise from transportation.
That would depend upon who is making this "noise pollution". If it is a bunch of teenage kids don't take it out of hand. Some kids love loud music that consists in the rock and metal categories. If its really bugging you give the kids a call, or talk to their parents about it. The kids can turn their stereo down. :) If you're the one causing noise pollution, maybe you should look more carefully at what you're doing. Roll up your windows if you're going to blare your stereo. If you want other people to hear your favorite song, send people text messages with the link to it on a music site where they can listen for free. There are actually quite a lot of things people can do about noise pollution, but it all depends upon that person's point of view of the situation, and what their opinion of noise pollution and what it really is. :)
