Most are chair exercises that emphasize the movement of each joint to increase flexibility, range of motion and improved breathing. It works every part of the body in a gentle way.

It is possible to reverse the deterioration of the body if you start with gentle chair exercises, so as not to strain your body, especially if you are not used to exercising. The elderly don't need to build a lot of muscle mass, just to tone the muscles and so no weights are needed. You can use the arms of the chair and even the back to push and pull and provide as much resistance as you need, as is done in zookinesis.
