Just came across this info a few days ago while researching the program and knew where to look for the answer:
"...Meet certain academic achievement requirements (generally, scoring above the 75th percentile on a college admissions test or maintaining a cumulative GPA of at least 3.25)."
Found it directly on the government's finaid website. Just Google "Federal Teach Grant requirements" and it will display all of the requirements to get the grant(s).

The GPA requirements of Canadian universities are not always the same as USA universities.
Undergraduate GPA requirements range from 2.5 to 3.0. Graduate GPA requirements range from 2.75 to 3.0. Some universities don't have a minimum requirement.
Ask whoever is giving the scholarship if there are GPA requirements.
