The New Testament doesn't list rules. If you're looking for rules, look to the Old Testament.
Relationships There are a number of "rules" in the New Testament governing relationships. Consider the following: (2 Corinthians 6:14-16) Don't link up with unbelievers and try to work with them. What common interest can there be between goodness and evil? How can light and darkness share life together? How can there be harmony between Christ and the devil? What business can a believer have with an unbeliever?
(Ephesians 4:32) Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you. (1 Corinthians 13:1-8)If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. And if I have prophetic powers, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. If I give away all I have, and if I deliver up my body to be burned, but have not love, I gain nothing. Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never ends. As for prophecies, they will pass away; as for tongues, they will cease; as for knowledge, it will pass away.
Many of the letters of the New Testament, in addition to speaking about Jesus, likewise give instructions on Church life and policy, on right living, on relationships with others.
The word "slaves" appears 17 times in the New Testament, within various translations and contexts. It is discussed in relation to social structures, relationships, and guidance for believers.
Absolutely nothing. It's the old testament that says stuff about it, but if you follow the new testament you should know that Jesus was sent to earth to redeem Christians and render the arbitrary rules of the old testament obsolete.

The Old Testament and The New Testament. The Old Testament pretty much lays down the foundation of the world, talks about the events leading up the birth and death of Christ, and lays down a bunch of rules. It's pretty much packed with Biblical history. The New Testament describes the coming of Christ and his persecution and death on the cross, and God's promise to the world to come again.
