the pink wire is the permanant live, i.e memory back up. the green and yellow wire is the earth and the other is the ignition live. hope that helps.

im stuck at the minute my connector box has been cut off and my CD player wires are a different colour to the cars wiring loom the held would realy be appreciated mate. THANX :D

You probably have blown the fuse on the rear of the radio. There is a wire connected to your headlights that brings on the background lights inside the radio screen and another wire that has main power in plus another one for ignition on. One of the latter two will have a fuse inline and it should be blown. May be on the wire or built in to the back of the stereo. Have fun.
