Advantages :
- Very good for organized people; a notebook alternative without using paper (eco-friendly)
- Can draw, record voices, link to other documents, screen clip, insert equations, multi tags, etc etc. (Really useful for personal, school, work)
- AUTO-SAVES, so you don't have to worry about losing information.
Disadvantages :
- A bit confusing for those new to OneNote (personal experience - play around and you'll get used to it;!)
- Need to buy the product, obviously. And it needs money. Although if you are really desperate, turn to Google.

Depending on the complexity of the program, simply copying the files and pasting them should work. Note that Vista's NTVDM is very limited, and does not support most DOS applications.

The only way I know of is right-clicking on the program, go to Properties, go to the Compatibility tab, click "Run this program in compatibility mode for" and select the closest version of windows in the box., and click OK. Note - you can also do this in Settings for All users.
