What are the advantages and the disadvantages of praying?

There is no any disadvantages of Muslim praying (called as Namaz ) because if you concentrate it then you'll find that Namaz is just like Yoga and exercise. It is the best treatment for depression and many diseases. If you thought that above mentioned things are just fake then you should try yourself.

Many religions pray on only one particular day of the week. Islam however, wants to keep faith as strong as possible throughout each day of a person's life, therefore prayers are spread out through the day. Whereas, if prayers were done only once a week, people would be religious for that day alone and forget the rest of the time.
