During the American Revolutionary War, the Americans had advantages and disadvantages. An advantage they had was: They knew the land better. Some disadvantages they had were: It was very cold and they were low on supplies, ammunition, and uniforms. Some advantages to Britain were: They had more soldiers, they were able to pay mercenaries to help them, and they had more supplies. Some disadvantages they had were: it was expensive to ride all the soldiers on boats from Britain to America and other countries they disliked had joined the American's side to get revenge on them.
